- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Buyer beware, awful customer service. When initially selling a policy, they are decent. As soon as the sales commission is cashed you're on your own. Adjustments to the policy requires chasing after Shelly with repeated emails and calls until she responds. In October I requested she cancel my policy. She lied to me in writing and said she had canceled it. In November the company withdrew payment from my account. They have no record of Shelly canceling the policy, but offered a refund. It's now a month later, I still haven't seen the refund and the company won't look into a replacement check for at least another week or two. Meanwhile Shelly has completely ignored all of my requests for resolution. She once responded with the information that the check is in the mail, but aside from that she's not bothered trying to help resolve the issues her lies created. Awful business practice.
