  I have NEVER been treated with such disrespect from a pharmacy in my entire life. The DMV gave me a paper back i.d. until my hard-back copy comes in the mail. I ordered a new i.d. because I had moved and they told me I could still use my paper-back i.d. from the time before if it wasn't expired. It expires in August 2018, so therefore, I have 18 more months to use my paper-back i.d. So, I have been going to Sam's Club Pharmacy for a couple of months now, I was going to the one in Nashville at first, never had a problem there. The one in Hendersonville was more close to my home, so I decided to go there. I went there several times, with no problem at all...UNTIL, this young black lady (not a pharmacist) told me she couldn't accept my i.d. because (her words) -"This is not a real i.d." I then said, "Yes, it is". Kinda got into a slight argument. Then she tells me, "Next time you need to bring a real i.d. because we can't accept this". Unbelievable! I went back and she rings me up and says, "Make sure you bring a real one next time". She still rang me up! She is the ONLY person to EVER give me a problem about my perfectly legal and legit i.d.. I went back in there SEVERAL times after that, didn't have a problem for a good while. I had even seen the young black girl and she had checked me out, never said a word. She was always extremely mean to me and showed jealousy towards me! I am a pretty woman, I have dealt with other women treating me indifferent because of this. Okay, so this is what happened today - I called the pharmacy and had my meds refilled. Iranian Woman (pharmacist) calls me back, after I'm almost to the pharmacy and says, "Hi Miss *****, we just wanted to call you before you come all the way up here, you must have a valid photo i.d. and one that isn't expired before you come up here". I said, "Ok, I do have a valid photo i.d. and it is definitely not expired." She says, "okay". I get there and the black girl is OF COURSE there!!! Almost like she went and told the pharmacist some bs about me and my i.d. I went to pay, pharmacist asked for my i.d. She says, "We can not accept this, this is not a real photo i.d." I got so angry and said, "Yeah, it is!!!" And she argued with me and was absolutely mean and disrespectful. I have seen ALL of the other employees who have accepted my i.d.. Never had one issue until today. I have used my i.d. on countless occasions at this pharmacy. I said I was going to call the police for them holding my medicine unlawfully. She LAUGHS at me and says, "okay, call the police". The police officer asked her why she wouldn't give me my meds. Pharmacist says, "Beacuse it is expired. It expired in 2014". I then said, "officer, it is not expired, it expires in 2018" and I showed him and I was right. Pharmacis says, "oh, well we just can't accept that kind of i.d." The officer told me he didn't really know medicine/pharmaceutical laws, but he told me to have them transfer my medicine somewhere else until I get answers from a lawyer. At first, she wasn't going to do it, because she said they just closed. Unreal!!!! But... I was already on the phone with another pharmacy and the cop was right beside me so she did. I have NEVER been treated like this in my entire life. I picked my meds up at Walgreens, had no problem! My i.d. was fine - BECAUSE IT IS A REAL I.D.!!!! I'll be contacting a lawyer.

  I've been coming here since 2012. I love the people here. For every customer I have had the experience of seeing, they knew them by name and had wonderful realationships with them. I love getting my refills done here as I'm always greeted with smiles. Fantastic people!
